The cooperation and commitment of all parties in making the 41st National Day Celebration 2025 a success is highly praised as an integrated and civilised nation. The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports emphasised that the celebration must continue to adhere to core Bruneian values and based on the Malay Islamic Monarchy philosophy. Speaking at the First Meeting of the 41st National Day Celebration Executive Committee 2025, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad as Co-Chairman of the meeting also explained that all planning should take into account all aspects, especially in maintaining the safety and well-being of all parties. The meeting took place this morning at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
With holistic and comprehensive ideas from all members, Yang Berhormat expressed his confidence that the meeting will contribute thoughtful, robust and fresh thoughts towards making the National Day Celebration a success.
The meeting was co-chaired by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development AND Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Minister of Education. Also in attendance was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yusof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence as the Co-Advisor.
