VISION

Hajah Nor Ashikin binti Haji Johari was appointed as the Permanent Secretary (Vision) on 1 July 2026.

Before this, she served as the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports, where she led various efforts related to youth development, community empowerment, culture, and sports. Prior to that, she was the Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, leading international trade initiatives. She started her career as a Special Duties Officer at the Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources in the International Relations and Trade Development Division.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB (Hons)) from Southampton Institute, United Kingdom, which is now known as Solent University.
