His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam received in audience Ms. Agnete Johnsgaard-Lewis, the outgoing Managing Director of Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sendirian Berhad, BSP and Mr. Johan Atema, the recently appointed Managing Director of BSP.
The audience ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman. Also present were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy and Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd Hanifah, Deputy Minister for Energy at the Prime Minister's Office, in their capacities as Board of Directors of the BSJV.
At the audience ceremony, His Majesty as chairman of the Board of Directors of Brunei Shell Joint Venture Companies BSJV, along with both the outgoing and incoming Managing Directors of BSP, engaged in discussions focused on BSP's strategic direction. The conversation underscored BSP's commitment to contributing to the growth of Brunei Darussalam's oil and gas industry and highlighted the importance of further strengthening the long-standing partnership between BSJV and The Asiatic Petroleum Limited, Shell plc.
