Pengiran Haji Raffizanna bin Pengiran Haji Razali was appointed as Deputy Permanent Secretary (Civil Service Governance) on 22^nd July 2023. 

Prior to this, he was also tasked to temporarily carry out his duties as Deputy Permanent Secretary, Security and Enforcement (currently Security and Law) at the Prime Minister’s Office from 27^th November 2019 to 1^st May 2020. He started his career as Administrative Officer Trainee at the Public Service Department in 1997.

He graduated in 1996 with a Degree in Bachelors of Law (LLB) from University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. In 2011, he completed his Masters in Public Management from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS).
