His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office visited Centre of Excellence for Soldier Performance, CESP, Republic of Singapore, 13th September morning.
Upon arrival at Pasir Laba Camp, His Royal Highness was greeted by His Excellency Heng Chee How, Senior Minister of State for Defence, Republic of Singapore and Vice Admiral Aaron Beng Chief of Defence Force.
His Royal Highness received the salute, and then inspected the guard of honour, accompanied by the Chief of the Welcome Guard Parade.
His Royal Highness joined a group photo, and proceeded to the Leader's Hall, where His Royal Highness signed the visitor's book. In the Leader's Hall, His Royal Highness received a presentation by Senior Lieutenant Colonel Russell Gan, Head of CSEP on the CESP procedures to enhance military performance.
His Royal Highness then proceeded to view the static display, which included Singapore Armed Forces, SAF Personal Equipment; Rehabilitation Equipment; Remote Core Temperature Monitoring & Heart Rate Live Monitoring System and Designing Fitness Programmes.
Before concluding the visit, His Royal Highness exchanged gifts. Since its establishment, CESP has achieved significant milestones in the various areas namely fitness and nutrition; pre-habilitation and rehabilitation; resilience and soldier systems.
