In conjunction with the 10th anniversary of the Suri Seri Begawan Raja Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque, Kampung Manggis/ Madang, the mosque's takmir committee held a Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony.
The ceremony began with the reading of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. Nearly 160 students of the mosque's Al-Qur'an reading class joined the ceremony.
