His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam, attended the Get-Together Ceremony with citizens and residents of Brunei Darussalam who are in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The ceremony took place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London. Present at the Ceremony were members of the Royal Family. Upon arrival, His Majesty and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri were greeted by His Excellency Retired First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad, High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to the United Kingdom and Ireland, and spouse, Pengiran Datin Noralam binti Pengiran Haji Kahar, as well as Awang Raiyan Muqri bin Doctor Saiful Rizal, President of the Brunei Students' Union in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and Vice-President Dayang Nur Zaidati Qadrina binti Perdi.
Doa Selamat was recited by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.
The President of the Brunei Students' Union in a welcoming address, among other things, reiterated the students' determination and dedication towards supporting the country's aspirations to achieve Wawasan Brunei 2035.
His Majesty received a pesambah, namely a neck tie set and a copy of the book 'Raja Pragmatik, Belia Dinamik' or 'Pragmatic King, Dynamic Youth'. Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri also received a pesambah, a brooch and purse set, called 'Sentuhan Warisan Sejagat'.
