His Majesty arrived in Harbin TaiPing International Airport.
Upon arrival, His Majesty was welcomed by Mr. Lan Shaomin, Chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; and Ms. Liu Yan, Deputy Director General, Heilongjiang Provincial Foreign Affairs Office.
