The Prime Minister's Office and Departments under it held a Tahlil Ceremony for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien; Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim. Conducted by the Media-Info Office and International Office, in cooperation with the Department Of Adat Istiadat Negara and Anti-Corruption Bureau, the event took place at the Royal Mausoleum, 4th March afternoon.
Present were Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yusof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence AND Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy. The reading of Surah Yaasin was led by Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Japar bin Haji Mat Dain @ Maidin, Deputy State Mufti, followed by reading of Doa Tahlil and Doa Peliharakan Sultan.
