Ramadhan is a month full of blessings. Tadarus Al-Qur'an is a significant activities during the holy month towards reaping multiple rewards and bring one closer to the Almighty. To obtain these rewards, various parties in the country continue to hold such events. The Ministry of Defence and departments under it joined the Nightly Ramadhan Tadarus Ceremony at Istana Nurul Iman, 6th March night.
Among those present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yusof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. The event was enlivened with a talk on the benefits of Surah Al-Baqarah, verses one to five. Also present was Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
