His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses for related agencies to further update the existing guidelines by establishing a special act for the publication, printing and glorification of the mushaf Al-Qur'an for Brunei Darussalam. His Majesty made the titah during the Final of the National Level Musabaqah Al-Qur'an Reading for Adults 1446 Hijrah/2025, 24th April night.
His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude that with the blessing and miracle of Al-Qur'an, they can gather on the night full of blessings to together enliven the Final of the National Level Musabaqah Al-Qur'an Reading for Adults 1446 Hijrah/2025. His Majesty says that this year's Musabaqah theme, "Akal Sihat Dengan Al-Qur'an" or A Healthy Mind with Al-Qur'an, is in line with the role of Al-Qur'an as a perfect life guidance.
