The Grand Parade was followed by the Audience and Investiture Ceremony. His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam graced the ceremony. At the Ceremony, His Majesty conferred Brunei Darussalam State Decorations to 14 recipients in conjunction with His Majesty's 79th Birthday Celebration.
Also in attendance were His Majesty's sons, daughters, brothers and sisters;
- His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah;

His Majesty in a titah expresses gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala as by His grace the country is able to celebrate His Majesty's 79th birthday in a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.
In the titah, His Majesty also highlights the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Order 2025 with the goal of avoiding the risks of misuse and any form of threat through cyber channels.
His Majesty in the titah also expresses hope the youth in particular will take advantage of the sixteen new courses under the SkillPlus programme.
In ending the titah, the Monarch prays that Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala will continue to bestow His blessings to all beloved subjects.
His Majesty conferred the Brunei Darussalam State Decorations. The Monarch first conferred The Most Exalted Order of Paduka Keberanian Laila Terbilang, First Class, DPKT which carries the title 'Dato Paduka Seri' to:
- His Excellency General Songwit Noonpackdee, Chief of Defence Forces of Thailand;
- And His Excellency Vice Admiral Aaron Beng Yao Cheng, Chief of Defence Force of the Republic of Singapore.
The Most Honourable Order of Seri Paduka Mahkota Brunei Second Class, DPMB that carries the title 'Dato Paduka' was conferred to:
- Doctor Dayang Hajah Huraini Binti Pehin Orang Kaya Setia Jaya Dato Paduka Haji Hurairah, Clerk to the Privy Council, Secretary to the Cabinet Ministers' Council and Clerk to the Legislative Council;
- Dayang Suraya binti Haji Jaidin, Director General of His Majesty's Office;
- Awang Haji Hashim bin Haji Mohd Noor, Senior Special Duties Officer of His Majesty's Office;
- And Doctor Thirunavukkarasu Ganesan, Consultant Cardiologist/Physician, Director of Non-Invasive Cardiology Gleneagles, Jerudong Park Medical Centre.
Meanwhile, 3 people were conferred The Most Blessed Order of Setia Negara Brunei Third Class, SNB. They are:
- Retired Major Nick Cann from the United Kingdom;
- 488 Retired Captain Awang Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, Former Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy;
- and Awang Haji Abdul Hamid @ Haji Sabli bin Haji Arsad, Chairman of Sabli Food Industries (Brunei) Sendirian Berhad.
5 people were conferred The Honourable Order of Seri Paduka Mahkota Brunei Third Class, SMB. They are:
- Awang Ajman bin Awang Haji Meludin, Permanent Secretary for Civil Service Governance, Prime Minister's Office;
- Pengiran Haji Raffizanna bin Pengiran Haji Razali, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Civil Service Governance, Prime Minister's Office who is also the Acting Grand Chamberlain;
- Awang Shamshuddin bin Haji Kamaluddin, Senior Legal Officer, Prosecutor and Head of the General Criminal Prosecution Unit in the Criminal Justice Division, Attorney General's Chambers;
- Awang Lim Kian Boon, Acting Director of the Lifelong Learning Centre, Ministry of Education;
- And Doctor Shaikh Haji Khalid bin Shaikh Haji Ahmad, Chairman and Managing Director of Serikandi Group of Companies.
