His Royal Highness Prince Doctor Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Deputy Sultan, in a sabda said, the world needs to be sensitive to the development of digital technology facilities which are increasingly sophisticated and progressive, especially 'Artificial Intelligence' or A.I. technology that has now become one of the aids widely used in various daily life matters. However, His Royal Highness stressed that despite the rapid pace of A.I. technology dominating every aspect of life, its use must continue to be controlled with full awareness and responsibility so that it is not misused or used as a tool to manipulate the minds of the people. His Royal Highness made the sabda at the 13th Haflut Takharruj of the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Institute. The ceremony took place this morning at the International Convention Centre in Berakas. Also in attendance was His Royal Highness' brother, His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik.

Upon arrival, His Royal Highness was greeted by Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs, as well as the event's executive committee members.

The reading of Surah Al-Hujurat from verses 13 to 15 was presented by Awang Zainal Mustapa bin Jaluddin and Awang Naufal Darwisy bin Abdullah, while the interpretation was read by Awang Ahmad Hamizan, Ahmad Aliridha bin Haji Laidin.

In his welcoming speech, the Minister of Religious Affairs among other things touched on the upgrading of studies to the Highest Diploma of 'Aliyah Qiraat.

In the sabda, His Royal Highness stressed that exposure and lessons on proven da'wah methodology are vital to continue to be strengthened as well as adapted into the curriculum of the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Institute.

His Royal Highness in the sabda said with the study and exposure to relevant branches of knowledge related to Al-Qur'an, students have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the Quran from various aspects.

His Royal Highness then presented the Aaliyah Qiraat Diploma to 27 graduates. Of the figure, 10 earned Excellent Grade; 9 obtained Very Good grade; 2 earned Good grade; and 6 obtained the Passing grade.

The representative of the graduates, Awang Muhammad Mughni bin Haji Mohd Salleh, in his speech, expressed his appreciation for the facilities provided by His Majesty's Government.

Doa Selamat was read by Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Paduka Seri Utama Dato Paduka Seri Setia Haji Awang Salim bin Haji Besar.

Since its establishment, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Institute has brought positive impact on the society.
