Depart for Public Service Development Programme

9 officers from the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam who have been selected to take part in the pilot run of the Public Service Development Programme depart for the Republic of Singapore, 28th May afternoon. The programme is an outcome of the 8th Young Leaders' Programme held in August last year in the Republic of Singapore, and was further strengthened through the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of His Majesty and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Singapore. 

Present at the Brunei International Airport to bid farewell was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. Also present, Dato Seri Paduka Awang Mohammed Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohammed Yunos, Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister's Office.
