33rd Teacher's Day Exhibition

The Teacher's Day Exhibition leaned towards the role of teachers in ensuring the great success of all digital transformation aspects within the country's education system. This was inline with the celebration's theme, 'Technology and Innovation.' His Majesty viewed the exhibition that was held at the lobby of the International Convention Centre in Berakas. Also present were His Majesty's sons and brothers, His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office; His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik; His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen; His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah; and His Royal Highness Prince Haji Jefri Bolkiah. 

His Majesty's excerpt in conjunction with the 32nd Teacher's Day celebration and the poetry of Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien were showcased at the Centrepiece exhibition. 

His Majesty then launched two books published by the Ministry of Education. 

Technology products, development of a special needs school, and the Renaissance Reading Programme Pilot Project were among the matters highlighted at the exhibition. 

The approach on enhancing STEAM skills and the latest educational technology initiatives were also featured. 

Apart from that, the exhibition also showcased mentorship activities, forums, workshops, entrepreneurial programmes and innovation as well as religious digital teaching and learning software. 

Higher education institutions among other things presented innovative teaching and learning strategies, Islamic War History Database Information System, and augmented reality. 

Also highlighted were the School Building Evolution Projects and digital teaching and learning equipment. 

His Majesty's presence became a motivation to produce human capital that can contribute towards the nation's development.
