117 orphans from Kampung Sengkurong 'A' and 'B', Kampung Tagap, Kampung Selayun and Kampung Tanjung Nangka received donations at a donation presentation ceremony at the Sultan Sharif Ali Mosque, 31st March afternoon.
It was presented by Dato Seri Paduka Awang Mohammed Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohammed Yunos, Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister's Office. The donations were collected from the Orphan Special Fund by the mosque, as well as from associations and individuals. The event was organised by the Sultan Sharif Ali Mosque Takmir Committee and Muslimah as well as the mosque's 'Belia Syaababul Iman'.
